On Backstage Videos I See This Error - "because of privacy settings the video cannot be played"
In a nutshell Apple Inc introduced a bug into IOS a while ago which caused this error when trying to watch backstage videos, they have since fixed it so just make sure you are on an updated version of IOS on your IPad or Iphone etc.

Can I change my Username?
We apologise but at this time it is not possible to change a community member's username.

How do I change my password?
Use the menu bar at the very top of the page (left hand side)

  1. Hover over: My Account
  2. Hover over: Settings
  3. Click: General
  4. You can change your username on this page.

Why is my comment showing as needing approval from the website administrators?
This often happens if you include more than two links in a comment, as our systems automatically quarantine it as spam, please fill out the form below to let a team member know.

How do I update my Backstage Payment Details?
To update your credit card details in Paypal:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Credit Card in the Account Information column.
  3. Select the card to update and click Edit.
  4. Enter your credit card verification number.
  5. Select the month and year of the expiration date from the drop-down menu.
  6. Click Save.

How to Re-activate a Backstage Subscription that has Been Suspended in PayPal?
If your subscription with us through PayPal has been suspended you can reactivate it by following these steps:

  1. Log into your PayPal account and go to Profile -> My Money.
  2. In the row for 'My preapproved payments' click 'Update'.
  3. Here you will see a list of all of your recurring payments. Find the subscription you need to reinstate and click on the title. The next page will show you all the details of this subscription. Click 'Re-activate' to re-activate your subscription.
