cap10jon @avernos Hey I'm a long time backstager, consumer of content, but unfortunately more of a 'lurker' than participant in the community (have to work on that one). I'm looking for an answer to a hobby question and I thought...if anyone can answer...Gerry can! Here it is: I have several models with 'hinged' joints for weapons/limbs etc. that I would like to keep mobile, but due to gravity always tend to droop on there own. Is there some kind of goop that I can apply in the joint that is sticky enough to hold the part in position but still allow it to be re-positioned? I'm looking to increase the friction so it will hold in place but still be movable. Think of the 'elevation' hinge on a tank barrel for instance. I don't want to glue it in place pointing up 20 degrees permanently...but if I don't it will flop down and be blasting the mice running in front of the treads :). Also, magnets aren't practical due to the type of joint. I really appreciate your feedback (and that of the community of course 🙂
